"The process started when we identified a degraded "boot" on a plumbing vent on our roof. We called Pyramid Roofing. The roof was examined inside and out. An outside inspection (done with a drone) showed other issues. A good description of the cost of repairs or replacement was provided by David (the Pyramid Rep). Samples of the replacement material (shingles, drip edge, underlayment, water and ice shield, etc) were shown and explained. We chose to replace the roof. The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks and was completed in one day. There was a supervisor onsite for most of the work. So far, so good. Some minor comments- some of the cleanup was done late in the day in the dark. We picked up several nails (more than a dozen) in our driveway and on our deck. What We Look at in a Roof Inspection
