"The process started when we identified a degraded "boot" on a plumbing vent on our roof. We called Pyramid Roofing. The roof was examined inside and out. An outside inspection (done with a drone) showed other issues. A good description of the cost of repairs or replacement was provided by David (the Pyramid Rep). Samples of the replacement material (shingles, drip edge, underlayment, water and ice shield, etc) were shown and explained. We chose to replace the roof. The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks and was completed in one day. There was a supervisor onsite for most of the work. So far, so good. Some minor comments- some of the cleanup was done late in the day in the dark. We picked up several nails (more than a dozen) in our driveway and on our deck. Also a followup drone video of the finished roof installation would have been appreciated. Overall, positive experience and job well done."- Michael C. -

Pyramid office staff were polite, respectful, and made sure I got on the schedule within a week! They started right before 8am and finished by noon! Worked fast and did an amazing job, not to mention cleaned up everything after themselves. They also give follow up calls from a manager who makes sure everything is to your liking, that it was done the way it was supposed to be done, and provided pictures of the finished product. Plus, they have one of the best warranties in the area with lifetime workmanship coverage! I recommend using this company for all of your roofing needs!
